We tasted all kinds of yummy food from different countries. Of course we had pikelets from NZ. (See post below for the recipe)

Ten Pin Bowling with International Students

Making Pikelets

Pikelet Recipe

2 cups flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar

Mix and Add

1 - 1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

4 tsp melted butter (optional)

Mix both mixtures together. Mix well. Heat frying pan and cook pikelets. Serve with whipped cream and jam. YUM!!
