A Typical Norwegian student
A typical Norwegian teenager lives with their family in/around the town. The boy's interests are normally to play football, play videogames and hang out with their friends. The girls normally like to swim, play handball, talk about fashion and hang out with their friends. In the weekends a typical Norwegian student goes to the cinema, goes shopping or has a sleepover. In Norway it is coed schools with no uniforms. After university they usually stay in Norway to get a good job. It is usually normal to get a part-time job when you are around 15-16 years old.

Norwegian birthday at a cabin
We had just arrived at one of my best friend's(Ingrid's)cabin on the mountain to celebrate her birthday. It was dark outside and the moon was bigger than usual. The big wooden walls were dark brown. When we went inside the cabin it was so ice cold that we had to wear our woollen clothing. When the clock struck 10pm we played a game and then ate pizza. After that we went dancing on her porch. We made cupcakes when the clock almost was 2am and we were very tired after that. When we went to bed,we all were sleeping in less than 1 minute.
The next day when the other girls came (so now there were 15 girls) we had a water balloon fight. Ingrid's (the host and birthday child) mother made porridge and then we went for a walk in the mountains. We ate the cupcakes, brownies and fruit salad (it was so good) we had made the day before, when we came back from our walk. When it began to be dark outside, we ate tacos and then we played a game that was really fun. Ingrid had an outside jacuzzi so we decided that we had to try that and it was very comfortalble and hot. After that we went to her sauna. We watched a movie and ate chips, icecream and candy. Ingrid opened her gifts and she was so happy. We went to bed at almost 1am but we were talking till almost 3am. We woke up at 1pm so we had to clean up the mess from the day brfore and then we had to leave because it was school the next day.
