Fly away home

In the following essay I am going to describe an important incident of Amy in ‘Fly Away Home’ by Amy when helps them migrate.

Amy Alden is a 13-year-old girl, after the tragic death of her mother, is sent to live with her father Thomas , a sculptor. Amy misses her mother and has never enjoyed a very warm relationship with her father, so the first few months in her new home are very difficult for her. However, one day Amy finds a nest full of eggs, the story begins.....

Amy brings the eggs home and builds a makeshift incubator; a few weeks later, a flock of tiny Canadian Geese are hatched. The geese need to fly north in winter. Amy was thinking about this. Amy tried to teach them to fly. It was so difficult for her, but Amy was not afraid of overcoming difficulties, and with her father she did it. This is shown by : ‘You’re good,’Barry said. ‘I watch a lot of people fly and you can do it.’They tried many machines, showed the geese how to fly with Amy and a microlight plane. This made Amy more close with her father. The dad crashed and hurt his shoulder. So, Amy had to fly alone and the geese followed her. It is a really happly ending.

I really like this story, Amy can do it, It shows that if you never give up and work hard you will succeed. I was loved seeing this movie of Amy. I think Amy is a lucky girl. I hope everyone sees that book or movie. It will teach you lots of things for your family. In this movie I learned one important thing. It is: all the world's people may not be heartfelt, maybe make a false charge against to you, but please remember your family never will be like this with you , because they are your family, they love you.
